Quantal and semiclassical calculations of charge transfer incollisions

Abstract
A quantal reaction-coordinate treatment is employed to calculate charge-transfer cross sections for collisions in the impact energy range using a molecular basis set. Total cross sections are compared with semiclassical results and with available experimental data.
