Abstract
We present the results of an X-ray diffuse scattering study of FeNb 3Se10 using both standard and synchrotron radiations. New diffuse scattering features in the form of rods with reduced wave vectors (0.5, 0.33, l) have been observed. Their intensity grows as the temperature is reduced but the diffuse character is preserved down to 20 K though intensity modulations are present. These results call for a careful structural re-investigation of this compoundKeywords
