Abstract
High T c superconducting phase of (Y1-x Yb x )2Ba4Cu6O14+y compounds is investigated by X-ray diffraction patterns and electrical resistivities. All compounds of this system show high T c (end point > 90K) and extremely narrow transition width (ΔT c3+ ion for Y3+ ion is found to give no effect to CuO2 plane for providing superconductivity. Keywords
