Abstract
A calculation is performed of the asymmetry A=[Γ(K+π+π+π)Γ(Kπππ+)][Γ(K+π+π+π)+Γ(Kπππ+)] in the Kobayashi-Maskawa model using soft-pion results of current algebra. The prediction obtained is A=0.74|ε|, where ε is the CP-violating parameter of neutral kaons involving violations of the ΔI=12 rule.
