Abstract
A nondialyzable polysaccharide fraction (F-1) and a dialyzable one (F-2) were isolated by separation through a Dia filter and precipitation with ethanol from S. thunbergii. F-1 was effective against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, transplanted i.p. into mice, but F-2 was almost ineffective. The antitumor active substances were suggested to be acid polysaccharides. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
