Abstract
In order to elucidate the metabolic pattern of procyclidine in the rat, a variety of OXO‐, monohydroxy‐, and dihydroxycyclohexyl derivatives of this drug were synthetized. All of them have been identified by 13C‐NMR spectroscopy.Keywords
