Abstract
Samples of numerous lichen and moss species collected in Norway were analyzed for total amount of Hg. On the average the Hg content of lichens and mosses was greater than that of other higher plants or plant products. Division of the lichen thallus into 3 parts showed that the upper part was essentially riche in Hg than the middle or lower parts. The Hg content of the plant material was determined by neutron activation analysis and flameless atomic absorption spectrometry. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
