Abstract
The electrical conductivity in a toroidal plasma has been calculated, using the exact Fokker-Planck operators for electron-electron and electron-ion collisions. It is found that the nonlinear effects of the electron-electron operator are of order , where and are the minor and major radii of a flux surface. The conductivity can be written as .
