Abstract
The author investigated whether the interpolation of UCS alone in a GSR conditioning study had the same effect as CS-UCS trials. He found that they did not: UCS-alone trials produced a decrement in performance while CS-UCS trials produced an increment in performance. The absence of a ready signal did not allow the UCS-alone trials to produce the same effect as conditioning. From Psyc Abstracts 36:04:4CG06C.
