Fourteen cases of intraepiethelial neoplasms of the vagina are presented. Division is made between primary and secondary lesions, with respect to prior neoplasms of the cervix. Microscopic differentiation is made between anaplasia and carcinoma in situ. Diagnostic methods, treatment, and a review of the literature are discussed.
