Abstract
Recent advances in microstrip circuit technology and solid-state device technology have resulted in hybrid integrated circuits which look attractive for use in millimeter-wave communication systems. This paper describes the design and performance of frequency converters, solid-state sources, circulators and injection-locked amplifiers at millimeter wavelengths. Keywords
