Abstract
An investigation of the frequency dependence of flicker noise in point contact and diffusion‐alloy type germanium rectifiers is reported. The frequency range extends from approximately 10−3 to 106 cy per sec and the inverse frequency law is found to hold over this range. The current dependence of the flicker noise at 10 cps is also reported. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
