Abstract
Eine dreistufige Reaktionssequenz – enantioselektiv katalysierte Reduktion (1 → 2), diastereoselektive Komplexierung (2 → ) und Reoxidation (3 → ) – ermöglicht die effizienete Überführung von achiralen 1‐Tetralonderivaten 1 in die entsprechenden chiralen, nichracemischen η6‐Tricarbonylchromkomplexe. Die so in wählbarer und gesicherter absoluter Konfiguration mit 85–94% ee zugängliche Komplexe sind wertvolle Bausteine für die Synthese biologisch aktiver Verbindungen (R1–R3 = H, OMe). magnified imageKeywords
