Abstract
Electron loading has become a severe drawback for the high‐field application of good superconducting cavities. In this paper we have analyzed different experimental forms of electron loading. We found both qualitatively new forms of resonant trajectories causing multipactor barriers and multipactor barriers at electron impact energies, where clean metal surfaces would give no gain of electrons. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
