Abstract
A relation exists between the hypotensive properties of three reserpine derivatives (β-diethylaminoethyl reserpine, isobutylserpentinate, 10-methoxydeserpidine) and their ability to release cardiac catecholamines. These derivatives do not show sedative properties and do not release 5-hydroxytryptamine or catecholamines from the brainKeywords
