Abstract
Rosette-forming cells (RFC) increased in numbers in the spleens of mice following injection of sheep red blood cells (SRBC). Very sensitive assay system for detecting plaque-forming cells (PFC) showed that RFC and PFC were present in approximately equal numbers at the height of the immune response. Thereafter PFC numbers declined much more rapidly than RFC.This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
