Abstract
The serological technique described by Richards & Cowland (Journal of the Institute of Brewing, 1967, 73, 552) has been studied by the Microbiology Sub-Committee of the Analysis Committee. The adoption of this method is recommended and detailed instructions are given for carrying out the recommended procedure.Keywords
