Abstract
The eyes of prosobranch molluscs lack adequate description but it is usually supposed that they are incapable of forming sharp retinal images. The eye of Littorina littorea (L.) is re‐described and consideration of its structure and optical properties suggest that it is adequate for form vision and that there is a method of accommodation. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
