Abstract
Coagulation and flocculation mechanisms have been examined in suspensions of the drug griseofulvin containing anionic surfactants. It has been shown that both mechanisms can give suspensions which are readily redispersible but that flocculation may produce pharmaceutically undesirable effects. The differences between the two phenomena are discussed. Keywords
