Abstract
Following the intraven. admn. of testicular hyaluronidase to albino rats, the following changes were noted: The max. concn. of the enzyme was attained within 5 min. and diminished rapidly, so that at 1 hr. it was no longer detected by turbidimetric methods; approx. 2% of the hyaluronidase appeared in the urine in an active form; the plasma hyaluronidase inhibitor level was depressed for 8 hrs. and returned to normal within 24-72 hrs.; no significant proteinuria resulted. Keywords
