Abstract
The megaloblastic erythropoiesis encountered in 3 azathioprine-treated patients with renal transplants was associated with a marked increase in the proportion of early polychromatic erythroblasts in the G2 phase of the cell cycle. There was only a slight increase in the proportion of G2 cells in the neutrophil promyelocyte-myelocyte pool of these patients. Keywords
