Abstract
In experiments at this Institute in which samples of liver were required for the estimation of mineral content, difficulty had been encountered in obtaining samples reliably, especially in pregnant animals using the technique described by Dick (1944) and Abdellatif (1968). It was decided to investigate the possibility of obtaining liver samples from sheep under direct vision using a laparoscope. Keywords
