Abstract
Oral administration of porcine gamma globulin, porcine and bovine serum solids and cows colostrum to pigs during the first 24 hours after birth did not cause a marked or consistent response in the serum gamma globulin level. Inclusion of trypsin inhibitor with orally administered porcine gamma globulin and bovine serum solids did not influence the response. Parenteral administration of porcine gamma globulin resulted in serum gamma globulin levels which approached those obtained with nursing pigs.
