Abstract
Extract Gas gangrene is an acute, often fatal, bacterial disease, characterized by a severe necrotizing inflammation, that begin in a local area of tissue damage and then rapidly spreads to affect contiguous tissue (Eliason et al., 1937 Eliason, E.
