Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty of Aortocoronary Saphenous Vein Graft

Abstract
Numerous reports of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty have demonstrated its clinical usefulness as a nonoperative approach to coronary artery disease. Recently, this technique has been extended to coronary artery bypass grafts. To our knowledge, our report is the first to describe the anatomical changes induced by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in a saphenous vein aortocoronary bypass graft. (JAMA1983;249:3347-3350)
