Abstract
Creatinine clearances in the rat increased about 4-fold as the serum concn. of creatinine increased from endogenous levels to about 2.0 mg.%, while at levels above 2.0 mg.% they remained relatively constant. At endogenous levels, the creatinine clearance was 0.371 ml./G.KW/min. At serum concns. above 2.0 mg.%, the mean creatinine clearance was found to be 1.43 ml./G.KW/min.Keywords
