Abstract
With equal cell densities, surface film thickness did not influence the numbers ofSalmonella typhimurium andListeria monocytogenes cells which attached to glass. MotileL. monocytogenes cells had a greater cell surface charge and generally attached in higher numbers than non-motile cells.Keywords
