Abstract
There are no instances reported of patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria for transsexualism of also having either homicidal impulses or homicidal attempts. This report describes three such cases; one who murdered, one who attempted murder and has frequent impulses, and one who had impulses and carefully planned to murder, but failed to carry out the act. A relationship between transsexualism and personality disorders, criminality and acting out has been reported previously. These cases add a new facet to this complex relationship. Keywords
