Homicidal Transsexuals: Three Cases

Abstract
There are no instances reported of patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria for transsexualism of also having either homicidal impulses or homicidal attempts. This report describes three such cases; one who murdered, one who attempted murder and has frequent impulses, and one who had impulses and carefully planned to murder, but failed to carry out the act. A relationship between transsexualism and personality disorders, criminality and acting out has been reported previously. These cases add a new facet to this complex relationship.
