Abstract
The tuberculostatic action of isoniazid was antagonized by hemin, apparently on a competitive basis. This antagonism occurred only in simple synthetic media and not in media containing serum or albumin. Mn ions acted synergistically with hemin to increase the antagonism.Keywords
