Abstract
The nuclear Landé values of and have been measured by means of the molecular beam magnetic resonance method, with the alkali tetraborates and metaborates. The values which were found are, in units of , 0.597±0.003 and 1.788±0.005. The assignment of the observed values to the appropriate isotopes is discussed with the result that the former is assigned to and the latter to . If one assumes a value of 1 and for the nuclear spins of and , respectively, the magnetic moments are 0.597±0.003 and 2.682±0.008 nuclear magnetons for the and isotopes, respectively.
