Abstract
A bibliographic review on the pollution of honey with acaricides is presented. This paper reviews methods for determining amitraz, bromopropylate, coumaphos, cymiazole, fluvalinate, malathion and phenothiazine residues in honey samples, as well as multiresidue methods. Acaricide residue levels found in European countries are also reviewed. Keywords
