Abstract
An occurrence of ECT[electroconvulsive therapy]-induced status epilepticus in a patient who was psychotically depressed and unresponsive to tricyclic and neuroleptic medication was described. After an extensive evaluation and further unsuccessful use of treatment alternatives the patient then received a course of specially modified ECT; he had no further sequelae and had a good clinical response. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
