Theory of Atomic Structure Including Electron Correlation

Abstract
We develop a theory of atomic structure treating electron correlation for excited and ground configurations, and apply it to 113 states of the type, in boron through sodium and their ions. Predictions agree better with experiment than the traditional methods.
