Abstract

After admn. of pure crystalline growth hormone to pregnant rats, the birth wt., mortality rate, and endocrine organs in the offspring showed features similar to in many respects, but quantitatively less pronounced than, those previously noted by the authors in experiments with Phyol, a non-crystalline growth hormone prepn.
