Abstract
The image degradation encountered in reconstructing computer-generated binary holograms is compared for the Lohmann-Paris, Lee, and Burckhardt-type hologram plots. The results reported here assist one in properly choosing the hologram plotting parameters and predicting resulting image quality for each type of hologram plot. The analytic results are supported by simulation. Keywords
