Abstract
A method for the quantitative determination of plasma concentrations of chloral hydrate by electron capture gas chromatography is described. Characterization by multiple ion monitoring confirms, for the first time, that chloral hydrate exists as a transient metabolite of trichloroethylene in man. Keywords
