Abstract
Treatment with l-methyl-2-p(isopropylcarbamoyl)-benzyl-hydrazine hydro-chloride resulted in a significant suppression of experimental immune thyroiditis in guinea pigs. Delayed hypersensitivity reactions were more suppressed than antibody formation. No severe side effects were observed in the treated animals. Keywords
