Abstract
The association of chronic lymphatic leukemia (CLL) with Hodgkin’s disease (HD) is rare. A review of the literature revealed only 19 cases previously reported and 2 additional cases are herein described. CLL is generally the initial phase of this clinical combination and HD is typically diagnosed at postmortem. Tuberculosis was found concomitantly in 5 cases and suspected in 3 additional cases. The development of HD in patients with CLL is most probably coincidental. Keywords
