Abstract
This report describes a technique of total intraabdominal laparoscopic gastrectomy using laparoscopic stapling and suturing. The reestablishment of continuity of the upper gastrointestinal tract was performed by gastrojejunostomy (Billroth II) using the Endo GIA stapler. This procedure merits inclusion in the armamentarium of approaches toward surgical treatment of recurrent gastric ulcer.Keywords
