Abstract
C57 Black mice bearing transplanted EO771 adenocarcinoma were treated with guanazolo, X-rays, and both agents together. While the treatment with guanazolo alone failed to arrest tumor growth, there was some reduction in size of tumors treated with the combination of guanazolo and X-rays.
