Conductance in acetonitrile of antimony pentachloride and tellurium tetrachloride and of dichloro(dimethyl)silane in the presence of 2,2′-bipyridyl

Abstract
The conductivities of the title compounds are measured in an all-glass vacuum system at several concentrations. In all cases the values obtained are appreciably lower than those previously reported. It is probable that all these systems are effectively non-electrolytes in acetonitrile and that the observed conductivity is due to impurities in the solvent or the solutes.
