Abstract
In order to explain the mechanism of dye sensitization on a photoconductive semi-conductor, the changes of the conductance of ZnO thin films due to the contact of Rhodamine B layer under various states of oxygen desorption were measured. The experimental results seem to show that transfer of electrons between ZnO thin film and the dye layer takes place when the contact is made. Keywords
