Abstract
A system is described which enables the simultaneous measurement of respiration and motility of spermatozoa. Additions can be made to the sperm suspension during the experiment. Noise and drift of the oxygen electrode are small enough to permit respiration measurements on suspensions containing (1 to 2)×107 sperm/cc.Keywords
