Abstract
With use of a sample/solvent ratio of 8.5 ml to 100 µl, certain drugs may be extracted efficiently from urine that has been saturated with a solid buffer. An aliquot of this extract may be injected directly into a gas chromatograph. We show how this procedure is applied to confirmation of some drugs of abuse. Keywords
