Abstract
The caffeoyl tartrate contents of White Riesling wines from California, Washington, and Alsace, France, were determined by HPLC. Mean values were identical for the California and Washington wines (123 mg/L). The Alsacian wines contained significantly less (43 mg/L).Keywords
