Abstract
Particle--ray angular correlations have been studied in the reaction and subsequent -ray decay to the ground state. The calculated correlations represent the data well near the stripping peak, and show appreciable sensitivity to the details of the two-step reaction processes. This sensitivity allows the determination of structure information about excited core components of the nuclear wave function.
