Abstract
A fewCruciferae seed oils do not contain erucic acid but are instead rich in linolenic acid. These oils are characteristic of alpine species, and the fatty acid composition of such oils may be an adaption to an alpine habitat. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
