Abstract
A patient had severe bilateral pulmonary coccidioidomycosis with laryngeal involvement proved on biopsy to be caused byCoccidioides immitis. To my knowledge, this has been reported only once before and appears to be a rarely seen complication of pulmonary infection caused by direct inoculation. (JAMA237:1234-1235, 1977)Keywords
