Abstract
Linear porokeratosis is a rare variant of porokeratosis of Mibelli and usually occurs in childhood. A 15-year-old boy is presented with typical clinical lesions of linear porokeratosis on the extensor surface of the right arm exhibiting the classical histopathologic criteria of the disease. Treatment with an oral aromatic retinoid resulted in a remission of the lesion. Keywords
