Abstract
1 Single‐dose studies were conducted to investigate the relative potency of prednisolone and betamethasone in suppressing adrenocortical function. 2 Betamethasone produced more profound suppression of plasma cortisol than an equivalent anti‐inflammatory dose of prednisolone.Keywords
